Here are some of the organizations and community groups that have used the Centro as a meeting space or outreach location:
The Redmond Arts and Culture Commission (RACC) is a nine-member, Mayor-appointed, Council-confirmed advisory commission. The Commission advises the City on arts policies and programming and sponsors programs in tandem with the Redmond Parks and Recreation Department and community organizations.
The RACC held their April 2019 meeting at the Centro.
The Redmond Cultural Arts Coordinator and Director held a RACC grant workshop for the 2020 Arts Season at the Centro on 11/12/19.
Redmond Association of Spoken Word ( RASP ) was founded in 1997 to promote literary arts and activities in Redmond, Washington, and the surrounding area. RACC has found a home at the Centro since Feb 2019.
They meet on the last Friday of each month, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Open mic signup begins at 6:30 PM. All events are FREE!
On 10/29/19, the TATA held a Breast Cancer Awareness Event at the Centro.
