Long COVID

Long COVID is when people have new or worse symptoms after being sick with COVID-19 for 3 months or more after a COVID-19 infection.

Symptoms include:

  • Fatigue (Feeling tired after mental or physical effort)

  • Depression

  • Heart palpitations 

  • Brain Fog

  • Shortness of breath

  • Anxiety

  • Muscle Pain

  • Sleep Difficulty

  • Loss of taste or smell

Women are more likely to report Long Covid symptoms than men!
